The last of the par fives and the last reasonable birdie opportunity awaits you at the seventeenth. There is plenty of room to the left, but the hole is shorter if you drive it down the right side of the fairway. The green is open in front and just begs you to hit it with your second shot. The water on the right is not a factor unless you have to lay up.
Pro’s tip: If you miss your drive and can’t get home in two, lay well back as the fairway narrows as you approach the green.
